Yes, leases automatically roll into a month-to-month lease for $200.00 extra per month if you do not renew your lease and you have not provided a written 60-day notice to vacate.

What is the standard lease term offered?

The standard lease term is 12 months, however, we can offer 14 and 16 months as space allows. When available, we offer 3 and 6 month leases.

Do you offer long-term leases?
Yes, we offer 12, 14, and 16-month leases.
What is your move in special?

Two Holiday Specials when you sign a lease by January 1.  You pick which is best for you: 1) For those who pass our standard resident criteria (link) will have their security deposit waived….ZERO security deposit, or 2) $200 off your monthly rent on select 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments.
